Jessica has taught workshops & enjoys using storytelling as a way for self liberation and understanding. Jessica advocated for non ableist spaces for poets who have barriers to performing within the Spoken Word community.
She has done all the above while raising her 2 awesome tiny humans, who are now adults, as a single mom with a disability, in the renovated project of Newport RI.
She is the definition of persistence and resilience. She trusted the process, so you can trust her.
Intuitive Wellness & Esthetics
I started this company to share and combine my last 20 years in the Wellness & Spiritual spaces. When I was 18 I joined the Air Force, and became a Chaplain Assistant. I was exposed to many different faith practitioners and methods of belief.
This exposure to helping people at a young age inspired me to lead a life of service, and my career working in the social service field. This journey led me to certifications in Yoga Therapy, Yoga, and a MA in Holistic Mental Health Counseling with a certificate of advanced degree in the Creative and Expressive Arts. In 2022, like many people, I switched careers. I was the Lead Yoga Instructor at the VA Hospital in Tampa and I was called to go into the natural skincare industry, graduating from the Aveda Institute as a Licensed Full Estologist in Miami FL.
Each Wellness Workshop/Class/Skincare service combines my training, education & experiences in learning not only to live my best life, but HOW to find out what that sentence means!
My life’s passion is to help us ALL chill out a little, & teach we are worthy of wellness. As a Veteran, I took my business name, Intuitive Wellness & Esthetics and made an acronym with meaning: IWE.
I, because of WE. WE are all in this life together.
WE deserve a life we LOVE.
Welcome to the world of Intuitive Wellness & Esthetics
